Blocks 8 and 10 Now OPEN for Sale

The lots at Blue Coast Residences were sold out last July 2013. Many clients were left out and the clamor for new lots grew.   Well, the management of Robinsons Homes knows how to listen. Just today, there are 2 new blocks available for sale at this beach front subdivision development.

Blocks 8 and 10 were supposed to be allocated for townhouses but now it is for SALE to interested buyers. Lot cuts ranges from 192 square meter to 282 sqm. with prices ranging from 2,290,176 to 3,395,280.  As part of the launch of these new blocks, Robinsons Homes is giving a 10% across aboard discount on the lots.

There are several payment schemes to choose from including Spot Cash, Spot Down payment, 20-80 Bank financing scheme, and Deferred Cash Scheme. Robinsons Homes gives additional discounts to spot payment schemes.  The 20-80 Scheme allow buyers to pay for the 20% Equity in 30 months without interest for as low as 13,000 pesos a month ($350). The deferred cash scheme allows buyers to pay for the whole lot price in 36 equal monthly without interest and this scheme can even be requested to be extended to 60 months (approval is case to case basis).

Blue Coast Residences Lots ----> SOLD OUT!!!

Due to the overwhelming response to the 60 months deferred cash promo the open house last July turned out to be a "Selling out Party" as all lots in Blue Coast Residences got SOLD.  Here are some pictures of that successful event:
