March 2011 Update

Here are some pictures of the Blue Coast Residences (taken March 22, 2011):

The clubhouse, the swimming pools, and the basketball is practically complete. The electrical posts are installed and buyers can start building their houses once they settle everything.

Blue Coast Residences is now part of Robinsons Communities

The real estate development arm of JG Summit Corporation, Robinsons Land Corporation has now 4 different brands in its residential division to cater to different market segments:

Robinsons Homes will have projects in key cities and provinces in the Philippines and will target first time home buyers. Lot prices are typically below 2 Million Pesos. There are 22,591 lots being developed.

Robinsons Communities will have mid-rise developments that will boast of large open spaces.  This brand will also have subdivisions.  The price range will be from 1 million to 3.5 million Pesos. Currently there are 2,663 units being developed.

Robinsons Residences will build condominiums in central business districts.  This brings in the bulk of the revenues of the division. Unit costs will range from 2.5 to 7.5 Million Pesos. 6,095 Condo Units under development.

Robinsons Luxuria will have high-end projects in key central business districts and tourist destinations. Units of this brand is typically above 5M Pesos. There are 1,234 units being developed as of the moment.

Robinsons Land Cebu has 3 projects in 3 different brands. Blue Coast Residences is part of the Robinsons Communities, Aspen Heights Subdivision in Consolacion is part of Robinsons Homes, and AMISA, the leisure development in Mactan is part of the Luxuria Portfolio.
