Recent Visit - June 2010

The development of The Blue Coast Residences is going nicely and in a few months it will be ready for turnover.  This subdivision is just a few meters away from Hilton Resorts Mactan Cebu.  Around 50 meters  from Hilton's entrance, you won't miss this marker on the left side of the road going further to Punta Engano.

The water tank is finished and the water system of the subdivision is ready.

The roads are completed and the monumenting of the lots has started.
